Counting of the border BEDE, from Ouren tot Vaals, starts at Ouren, the tri-point BEDELU, with bordermarker no. 1.

In 1919 has, in compensation to WO I damage, the border been placed more to the east. Belgium became greater!

New bordermarkers were placed from Ouren (no. 1) to Vaals (no. 1032).

The Easternmostpoint of Belgium, located at bordermarker nr. 401 on the 1919 border with Germany. It is situated near a village called Kehr (Hellenthal).

Border marker 401 is in charge as most easternpoint of Belgium as well.
